David Casey

"David"  is an accomplished Semiconductor Sales Executive with over 20 years experience in sales, business development and field application engineering. He has established an extensive international network of customers, channel partners and industry contacts and has a consistent record of delivering major design wins at tier 1 customers in the Mobile Handset, Digital Consumer and Computer market segments. He has a proven ability to build strong global sales teams, penetrate new territories and is adept at developing global distribution channels. Prior to TW Partners, David was most recently VP Worldwide Sales at Quellan Inc, an RF start-up company, where he was successful at establishing a global sales channel and engaging in several tier 1 accounts leading to key design wins. David has also held leadership positions at CMD, Alliance Semiconductor and Hitachi Semiconductor.

Dan Cattone

"Dan"   brings 25+ years of high-technology industry experience to TW Partners. Most recently, Dan was the Vice President of Sales at eSilicon Corporation, a fabless ASIC business pioneer. Before eSilicon, Dan was Vice President of Sales at CoWare and VLSI Technology, Director of Corporate Accounts at NEC Electronics for the US market. Dan started his career as a hardware/software development manager at ESL/TRW. Dan has a degree in Electronics Engineering, and has completed graduate-level coursework in Management and Leadership at Santa Clara University.

Jens Jensen

"Jens" served as VP of Alliances and SW Partnerships at Philips Semiconductors/NXP, initiating and managing the Microsoft Alliance. Previously, Jens was VP/GM of the Computing Segment in Philips’ Semiconductor Division and Philips Consumer Electronics Internet TV Group. Jens began his career with Philips in 1975 in Hamburg, Germany, later serving in marketing positions in the UK and Silicon Valley. Jens also held executive positions with two start-up semiconductor companies. Jens earned engineering and business degrees at the University of Karlsruhe in Germany.
Jens brings cross-industry knowledge for digital audio/video products and applications with industry leaders in Consumer, PC, Mobile and Automotive Segments.

Aaron Cheatham

"Aaron"  has more than 15 years of venture capital and investment banking experience. As a general partner at JAFCO Ventures and as a principal at Mobius Venture Capital, he has advised more than three dozen start-up companies as a board member or observer. Aaron enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs and assessing disruptive technologies s to build successful companies by pairing them with the best strategic and financial partners. Most recently, he has been applying his components industry expertise to identify attractive, later-stage investments for venture capital firms and acquisition targets for established semiconductor companies. Aaron received his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Managment and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.

"Richard" has  successfully built businesses and organisations at every stage of the communications and semiconductors industry. He developed his dynamic, innovative leadership style at Texas Instruments before founding VLSI Technology’s wireless business, acquired by Philips Semiconductors for $1.2bn. Recently he was CEO of Vulcan Machines, CSR’s VP Bluetooth and SVP Wireless Audio, and COO at Nanotron.

"Ian" is an independent consultant and provides Management Accounting and Business consulting services; Cost and Cash Management solutions to small and medium sized businesses; and Statutory compliance for early stage companies and for foreign companies entering the US market. He has over 30 years management accounting experience in varying positions of responsibility, and graduated in Business Administration, Accounting and Law from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. with a BA in Commerce (Hons)

Masahiro Yamamoto

"Masa"  is a veteran of a distinguished 20-year career with Tomen Electronics, the industry-leading distributor of foreign-sourced high technology components and services into the domestic Japanese marketplace. Most recently, Masa served as Vice President and General Manager of Tomen Electronics America. In this role, he led the team responsible for component sourcing to Japanese OEMs having North American Manufacturing operations. To expand Tomen’s value to its customer base, Masa actively pursued high-tech startups to add to Tomen’s portfolio of principals. Masa has extensive Business Planning, Marketing and Sales experience throughout Asia, Japan and North America.
